Dean Steele-Bennett | Practice LeaderDean is the Co-Founder and Practice Leader of Executive Shaper. He brings 10 years of experience in executive search to any project and a passion for identifying highly regarded leaders to client organisations. Prior to establishing Executive Shaper, he worked in a number of management, consulting and senior research roles for three global executive search firms; Russell Reynolds Associates, Korn/Ferry International (FutureStep) and KPMG Executive Search. Dean has successfully identified CEO, C-suite and other executives for leading ASX300, Fortune 500, government and Higher Education clients in Australia and globally. Industry experience includes Energy, Mining and Resources, Financial Services, Utilities, IT & T, Chief Information Officers and the Higher Education Sector. Dean has particular expertise in identifying leaders from a variety of functional and industry sectors who understand the “business case for sustainability”. |
Nadya Krienke-Becker | Marketing and CommunicationsNadya has over 20 years of marketing, brand and communication expertise within Australia, UK and Europe. Nadya works with companies who require strategic marketing, brand and communication expertise, and the development and implementation of brand and communication strategies. Having held senior management roles both on the client and agency sides, Nadya has lead projects develop branding, marketing and communication strategies followed through with successful implementation. These companies to date include Origin Energy, AGL, Kraft, Guinness Brewing, Mars, Heinz, United Distillers, Van den Berg Foods, Electrolux, Fendi and ICI. Nadya has particular expertise in sustainability marketing and understanding corporate governance relating to sustainability marketing. |
