Once a target list of organisations, industries and geographies is confirmed; we identify the talent within those organisations without actually approaching the actual candidates.
This service provides a full understanding of competitors’ talent calibre and identifies what talent is available in the market prior to committing to a “full search” process.
Executive due diligence
For organisations undertaking Mergers & Acquisitions activity, Executive Shaper conducts intelligence gathering and research services on the target management teams prior to your initial approach or during negotiations.
This information assists bid teams to understand the calibre of the target organisations management team and mitigates against the risk of engaging with the wrong individual in the management team or with the wrong firm. Greater intelligence on the individuals can greatly assist during the pre-deal and post-deal integration periods.
If you are seeking to appoint an executive to your organisation and have undertaken the recruitment process yourself internally, Executive Shaper can conduct independent “background reference checking” or conduct the formal reference checking process for your organisation. We aim to conduct all reference checks face to face and would typically do 6-8 reference checks for each candidate. This external due diligence allows you to mitigate the risk of an incorrect hire and allows you to conduct this “at arms length” and therefore confidentially.
