Executive Shaper team members take a highly strategic approach in delivering results through our tailored, targeted and rigorous search process.
Knowledge is invaluable, and all of our search projects are based on in-depth knowledge and understanding of who the current and future business shapers are.
Project progress is communicated weekly using written and verbal reporting methods to ensure transparency during the process.
Reference checking is taken very seriously. All formal reference checking is undertaken face to face (where feasible) and we ensure that 5 – 7 formal reference discussions are conducted to verify the background and character of a particular candidate for our client.
Research
Our research product is robust and exceeds best practice nationally and globally. We provide a detailed written weekly report so that our clients can see the progress each week, particularly on roles that are challenging to fill.

Each project is treated with the utmost confidentiality both for the client and the candidate. We take a values based approach to client and candidate engagement and treat both client and candidates with respect and integrity.
